North of Berryville, Arkansas on Highway 221 about 8 miles. South of Carr Lane, Missouri about 1 1/2 miles.
Founded in 1950 under the leadership of first pastor, Rev. Wilson Henegar. After several remodelings of the original facility, a new facility was erected on January 7, 2007 under current pastor, Rev. Dale Merideth.
